1. Clearwater Computer HELP mainly fix Apple Macintosh computers with MAC OS X operations systems. Of course we also fix MS Windows on a MAC or PC if needed.
2. Adult over the age of 18 must be present while technician is on-site.
3. Computer must be easily accessible at time of appointment.
4. Pre-existing high-speed Internet connections may are required.
5. No additional installation charges for boosters, antennas and other peripheral items apply.
6. Changes in appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling 727-245-3145 or via our contact us page!
7. Clearwater Computer HELP reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate customer's first choice of date and time.
8. Required or optional Parts or Upgrades are additional on all services and repair offers.
9. These offers are designed for residential and home / small business applications.
10. Our services are affordable and our work is guaranteed. If we service your computer and you experience the same problem over again, we'll fix it until it's right (excluding hardware problems).
11. Purchased requested services at time of visit qualify for a 30-day guarantee for materials and workmanship based on the service performed.
12. Reconfiguration or changes and modification to the operation of the computer in any way will void any additional guarantees.
13. Clearwater Computer HELP’s working hours 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday.
14. The first hour costs $60.00, which may include a diagnosis and estimate of services needed, and each subsequent hour is billed in 20 minute increments ($20 every 20 minutes). - Clearwater Computer HELP will charge $25.00 for returned checks
15. $75.00/hour evenings (after 6pm) and on the weekend. (The first hour costs $75 and each subsequent hour is billed in 20 minute increments $25 every 20 minutes).
16. Clearwater Computer HELP will charge $25.00 for returned checks.
17. Rates apply to Clearwater and surrounding area. Customers outside Pinellas County or beyond 25 mile radius of Downtown Clearwater may be charged a transportation fee.
