My name is Norbert Bacsko. I am the founder of Clearwater Computer HELP.
Like all great ideas, this business started from a simple concept: using my computer skills to help my friends in college fix their computer problems as leader of the college dorm's computer lab back in 1992 in Hungary.…
Then one day someone just asked me: "Norbert why don't you open a small business to help people with their computer problems?"
So now with almost 20 years of computer background I provide quality computer HELP offering a reputable service at a reasonable price. Our customers are small and home business owners (which comprise approximately 90% of all U.S. businesses) and residential customers.
Clearwater Computer HELP is the high-tech equivalent of a doctor who sees patients in their homes to "repair" their problems. Too often, small business and residential customers lose substantial time and money while waiting for their computer problems to be fixed by a large, impersonal retail store which often keeps the computer for a week or more.
